Placing an Order

An account is not necessary to place an order with us, but if you do create an account you will not have to input your information each time you make a purchase. To place an order simply choose the item(s) you wish to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button. When you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout". You will now have the option to login, to create an account or to place the order without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, your shipping and billing information will be saved in our system for quicker checkout next time.

To Place an Order Online:

1. Browse our store until you find the item(s) you wish to purchase.
2. Click on "Add to Cart" from the product that you would like to purchase.
3. To change quantity or remove items from basket, click on "View Cart". To change quantity, enter the desired amount and click the "update" button.
4. Once you have verified the products you wish to purchase, click the "Checkout" button.
5. Login, "Create New Account" or "Place Order Without Account".
6. Enter Contact Information, Shipping Address and Billing Address (if different) and then click "Continue"
7. Select Shipping and Payment types then click "Continue"
8. Verify your order and select payment by Check or PayPal.
9. Then click "Continue" to make payment.
10. If paying via Check type in the appropriate check number and then click "Continue."
11. If paying via Money Order type in 0001 in the Check Number text box and then click "Continue."
12. If paying via PayPal, click "Continue" to be forwarded to PayPal's secure website. Once you have completed your payment with PayPal click the "Continue" button to be forwarded to your GoSucculent.com Invoice. If you do not complete this final step your order will not be processed.
13. Print the Invoice page for your records.

Payment Options

We accept the following forms of payment: Check, Money Order, Major Credit Cards & PayPal. Please make sure all Billing and Shipping information are input correctly.

All customers paying via major Credit Card will receive a followup email requesting the three or four digit verification number found on your card. You must respond with this information via email or phone for your order to be processed.

Payments by personal check will require a 10 business day "Hold" ( from the date of deposit ) on your shipment, for funds to clear. It could take a week for your check to arrive, a few days to deposit it, 2 weeks for funds to clear, and 1 week for order fulfillment, packaging and shipping. It can take about a month from the day you mail your personal check until you receive your plant(s). This is why, although we accept them, we do not recommend personal checks, as we cannot "show-off" our fast shipping and excellent customer service. Please take this into consideration when deciding on a payment option.

Sales Tax

Appropriate sales tax is calculated during the order check out process and is based on existing local, state and federal laws. Items shipped to locations in the state of California will be assessed a 7.75% sales tax. Any taxes imposed will be specified in your cart prior to submitting your order.

Shipping

GoSucculent.com ships via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx. You can rest assured that each plant is carefully packaged for its long journey. During extreme weather conditions GoSucculent.com cannot guarantee that purchased plants will arrive in the same condition they were shipped. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Search

To navigate GoSucculent.com you may use the conveniently located "Drop Down" menus at the top of each page. In addition you will find a "Free Text" search also at the top of each page. Search for a wide category by typing in "sedum" or narrow your search by typing in a specific plant name, such as, "Sedum Clavatum."

If there is not a text box to type into please click on the "Plant Search" image also located at the top of each page to begin your search.

International Orders

GoSucculent.com ships to all countries, if current information provided by the United States Post Office indicates that your country does not currently prohibit succulent plants. We cannot accept the risk associated with the possibility that this information is incorrect. Consequently, we strongly urge international buyers to confirm this information with their countrys' customs department.

Due to the possibility of customs intervention, the buyer accepts all risks. No refunds or exchanges can be considered for any reason.

Shipping ( via air ) and handling cost will be calculated and the appropriate amount will be added to the order total. ( If the deposit exceeds the shipping and handling factor, you will receive a credit to use on future purchases from www.gosucculent.com).

Payment is required in US funds via major credit cards, PayPal, cash ( at buyers risk ), or bank wire transfer.
